In the current climate it is proving very difficult to gain sponsorship for anything ski related. Last year the club national we were only able to secure one sponsor whereas the first year we were able to secure several who contributed over £2000 to the event.

This week the Vikings ski team, managed to secure a sponsorship deal with Audi of Ipswich who will pay for new race team tops and designs. This is thanks to the excellent efforts from one of our elder statesman in the club Phuc Trong, who owns Trongs in Ipswich.

There is also other work going on in the background to secure additional sponsorship in the near future which we hope will be ready in time for the club national in June.
